With the Orbs you get Earrings in the same design too. At normaly you wear them like a earring but i put one in my streched ear tunnel . You get 2 HUD´s ( Noise and Smooth ) where you can change different parts from the orbs & earrings in a color you prefer . 58 metal colors are available .
